We all have those women in our lives, whether it be at work, in our community, or in our homes that have made a world of difference in the lives of those around them. WZID’s 20 Outstanding Women program recognizes and celebrates those women for all of their work.

Nominations are made throughout the month of January and twenty women are selected by committee to be the year’s recipients. Each recipient is honored with her own special day on air, online, and through social media on WZID through the month of March, Women’s History Month. The program is capped off with a banquet celebrating these outstanding women.
